On June 3rd 2023, the doors to Coventry's longest-running and most successful nightclub closed after more than 30 years of constantly packing the dance floor with singing and dancing.

The stage was regularly graced by countless chart toppers and global superstars from Joel Corry to Basshunter (and even Tracy Beaker!) and major events were frequently sold out.

 

JJ's reopened for a small number of special events but it's owner​, Rekom UK, announced it had gone into administration in January 2024 resulting in the permanent closure of the venue.
